Web 2.0 – The Old Dog Learning New Tricks

I don’t know about the rest of you folks but this Web 2.0 stuff is still sort of new to me.  Web 2.0 probably has a bunch of different definitions but I like to think of it as sites for the socialization of people who hang out on the Web.

Squidoo and Web 2.0
Squidoo and Web 2.0

I am taking this free course right now about Internet Marketing and one of the suggestions was to look over Squidoo (funny name) and its content called Lenses. It was kind of interesting to spend some time there poking around.

Anyway, (this may be old news to some of you but) I found a Squidoo group called Ham Radio Nuts and it has some useful links on it. One of those links takes you to a Lens called Simple Electronics for Beginners.  The Ham Radio Nuts group also lists several other useful Lenses which may be of interest to you.

Your Comments:

  • Do you know of any Web 2.0 Ham Radio sites? Why not post them here?
  • Can you explain this Web 2.0 thing? I would like to hear more about it.
  • Maybe the old dog can learn a bit more about 21st Century technology!
